You can switch very easily,  using our team at Connect Power to help you find the best utility prices in your area.

2. Tell us how much energy you use if the query is regards to electric, and the name of the current supplier.  
3. We'll show you the best energy deals in your area, dependent on your preference. 
4. We will help you choose the plan that best suits you.
5. Sit back, you've now switched! We'll take care of the rest for you. 

-  Why is my electricity bill so high?  -

There are many reasons your electricity bill could feel inflated. The first of these is if your current fixed price plan has ended. When you enter a fixed price plan it protects you from any price increases for the time of your contract. When this comes to an end you will automatically be enrolled on to deemed tarriff rates, which are usually a lot more expensive - sometimes up to 40%.

This basically means you are out of contract, which is the perfect time to use Connect and find the best rates for you. Out of contract, you will now be free to switch to another supplier or enter a new fixed plan with the current supplier hassle free with the help of our objection team. 

Another reason these could be coming back higher is due to how your meter readings could be being estimated. Our team can help check your bill is based on actual readings of your electricity meter rather than estimated ones. 

It's important to take your own readings so that you get charged accurately, the new smart meters can also prevent this happening. A smart meter will read your meter readings correctly down to the penny, there will be no need for you to do anything.

How much do you charge for your services?

Here at Connect Power, we work alongside our trusted suppliers on a commission type basis. This means for any utility contract agreed between your business and chosen supplier, we get a commission. This commission is settled with the supplier and comes directly from them - not yourself.

 Does my business need to be a certain size for a quote?
