At Connect, we are paid commissions from energy, water and waste suppliers. These commissions are usually factored into the unit prices of your contract and they are paid by the energy supplier to the company - after the contract is secured and live.  Any commission will always be completely transparent to you as the customer and as mentioned, we are professionals with very low overheads that aim to ensure you are receiving the best rate available nationwide for your business.
